If there is one car that stole the show it was this one.  Brought in by Lamborghini Boston I had the pleasure of fielding a lot of questions about it.  Mostly they were, how much and who bought it.  One question I could answer.  I’m still amazed at how people gasp when the door is popped and floats upward and out.  Many references to Batman were made and some new references to Speed Racer, but everyone agreed that it was one menacing car in the flat black paint that seemed to absorb anything around it.

It was flanked by some legendary cars.  A bi-colore 550-2.  A 560-4 Spyder.  To its right stood a row of Bentleys, ending in an exemplary pin-striped Mulsanne.  Lastly a row of Rolls-Royce starting with the new long wheelbase Ghost, a Phantom Sedan, and lastly the probably most expensive car at the show, a Phantom Drop Head Coupe.  Apparently price was no object as the Drop Head made hardly a dent to the crowd around it’s $70,000 cheaper stable mate.

I want to thank Bentley Boston, Rolls-Royce Motorcars of New England, and Lamborghini Boston for once again calling on me to be a presenter and I hope to do it again next year as we’re in talks to have an even more impressive display.

Boston Auto Show

Although it wasn’t my first introduction to exotic cars, when I was hired by Lamborghini Boston in 2009 my first week of work were spent at the Boston Auto Show.  It’s become a staple event for me, having hosted it for Lamborghini, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce since I’ve been with the organization.

This year will be no different, although I’m cutting back my hours due to prior engagement I will be there the two most important days and I can say you will not be disappointed by our display.

So if you find yourself in Boston Jan. 14th or 15th, feel free to stop in and say  hello!

Sports Car Club of Beijing

If there is anyone that sets the bar for exotic car clubs, it’s these guys.  The Sports Car Club of Beijing have some of the craziest rides to ever be lined up in one place.

I hope they keep up videos like this.

Mercedes CLK

If there is one thing I like, it’s clean and concise.  While surfing for some information on a car I liked I landed on this.

It’s a great example of a CLK, which I personally love.  It’s clean and determined.  Everything lines right up without any gaudiness.

Just looking at it makes me want to drive it and it could really be any trim level for this car.

At the end of the day, if you’re driving this.  Congratulations.  You’ve made the cut.

I want to start off the new Blog with an old video and revisiting some of our older stuff until the winter thaws.

It has begun.

Back to business.  We’re going to revisit some old stuff, then move back to new.  Everything is merged how it needs to be and ready to go.

2012, per the Aztecs, was suppose to be the end of the world.  I want to see it as the end of an era.  The era of cliques and separation.  A time of new focus and perspective.  A time when we can all get together from all the angles and share ideas.  Look beyond some of our petty beliefs that were instilled in us by our parents and bad influencers and open a dawn of new thinking.  Open thinking.  We’re going to introduce some new styles.

Yes, 2012 will be the end.  It will be the end of all that is bad.  The beginning of a powerful future.
